• Booking - minimum period of one week.
• Cottage must be vacated in clean and tidy condition.
• Solid fuel / oil are charged as extra and payable to owner as required.
• Recycling is mandatory - owners instructions apply.
• Owner will bring clients to island and make regular calls (2-3 days).
• Additional trips to and from island are subject to additional charge.
• Radio telephone service and mobile phone cover.
